INSIDE THE HOME

This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home; all on one level. The shared bathroom off the hallway has a shower/tub and single vanity sink. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Appliances include a gas range and oven, dishwasher and a fridge with a filtered water dispenser. There is a mud room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV.  A/C and internet access are available.

First bedroom- Queen bed

Second bedroom- twin bed plus twin bunk beds

OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard is spacious, private and enclosed with a patio table and chairs. You can grill dinner on the gas grill and sit in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit at night. The front yard has views of Lake Michigan.

PARKING

There is an attached one stall garage and a second car can be parked in the driveway or, as available, in the street in front of the home.

LOCATION

This home is ½ a block away from Kids Park and 1 ½ blocks from the blue staircase down to the beach.  Access to the Van Buren bike trail is nearby. Kids Park is recently remodeled with new playground equipment. In the evening you can sit in benches at the park and watch a beautiful Lake Michigan sunset.
