This newly renovated home has had a complete facelift inside and out. Everything is brand new! This two-story modern farmhouse has been tastefully decorated to provide a high-end beachy vibe with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This beautiful home is the perfect getaway for family gatherings and accommodates up to 8 guests.



INSIDE THE HOME:



 With an open concept, the main floor living room, kitchen, and dining area allow plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Kitchen with quartz counters, SS appliances, combo Keurig/drip coffee maker, island/breakfast bar provides seating for 4, and dining table provides seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to fix quick snacks or a nice sit-down family meal. A hidden pocket door leads to the mudroom/laundry room and large bathroom with shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with his/her closets and 2nd full bath off hallway with shower/tub combo.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Slider off the dining room leads to the spacious deck which provides additional space for outdoor dining all while soaking up the sunshine or watching the kids play in the yard. Weber gas grill provided for BBQs and the large side yard allows plenty of room; firepit w/ 6 Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends by the fire-making s'mores.



PARKING

The double-wide driveway allows parking for 3-4 vehicles. Parking in the street is allowed as well. 



LOCATION

Strand Hus (Beach House in Swedish!) is located near Lake Michigan's South Beach...it's a short walk to the South Beach Blue Stairs (5 blocks) and to the Kid's Corner & South Beach Park (4 blocks).  You can enjoy your day at the beach playing in the sand, swimming in the freshwaters of Lake Michigan, walking the pier, and catching the amazing sunsets at the end of our street. From South Beach, you can walk over to South Haven's new Splash Pad and stroll alongside the channel watching the boats pass by. Explore downtown South Haven (a few minute's drive from the home) which has all the charm of a Hallmark movie with the boardwalk community shops, restaurants, movie theatres, and local farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday. South Haven has always been our favorite beach town and we hope you love it as much as we do!
