South Beach | 4 Bedrooms/3 Baths | Two Blocks to Beach and Downtown

This recently renovated two-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home offers family and friends a great vacation getaway. It’s located at the center of the best parts of South Haven: Just  2 blocks to South Beach, 3 blocks to town and a short walk to Kids Corner Park. The Van Buren State Park trail begins on Maple, literally outside our front door.

As you enter, the welcoming, enclosed heated/cooled porch provides a quiet space for reading, morning coffee or just watching the day go by.

Main Floor

The main floor features a family space with TV (with cable), fireplace, games and space to gather along with a dining area that has room for everyone. There is a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room.

Also, on the main floor is a beautiful, fully stocked, up-to-date kitchen with built-in oven, 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and a breakfast bar. You don’t have to bring any utensils to the kitchen…we love to cook, and you will find everything you need for your stay.  There is a coffee bar with drip and pod coffee makers and a kettle for hot water. The pantry is usually stocked with tea and coffee (along with a few other seasonal surprises)

The main floor primary bedroom and attached bath offer privacy, a bit away from the main part of the house. There you will find a great place to read, watch TV or just relax.

There is also a half bath/laundry with stackable full-sized washer/dryer

Outside

Enjoy a meal outside on the deck with an umbrella table and chairs. The large fenced-in backyard offers a large fire pit with seating, deck, patio, comfy hammock and a place for kids to play. There is a large gas grill and a charcoal grill. In the shed there are bikes (adult and kid), beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon to take to the beach.

Head upstairs, past the original stain glass window, and find 3 large bedrooms with ample closet space:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Full bed and walk-in closet

Bedroom 3: Provides a twin/twin trundle bed and a portable crib stored in the walk-in closet for your convenience.

Common Space: Sleeper Sofa 

The large bathroom has been fully renovated with two sinks and bathtub/shower plus plenty of space to store your personal items.

Simply put, we have created a home that has all the amenities we look for in a rental and our goal is to make our home as inviting as possible. We enjoy vacationing in this home ourselves and hope it's a place for you to relax with friends and family.
