The newly updated condo at The Harbours- a beautiful property with a large private beach and pool. Next door to North Beach, walking distance to all downtown shopping and restaurants, near Stanley Johnston Park.

 

INSIDE THE HOME

This 2 story, newly updated condo has over 1,000 sq feet to relax in all week long. The main floor has a bright and open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, living room, fireplace, and a full bathroom. Off of the living room are large sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio and a walkway to the beach.



Upstairs is the large master suite with a king-size bed and vaulted ceilings. There is a cozy sitting/gaming area. Large windows let in plenty of light. Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with double sinks, a laundry area, and an upstairs deck.

OUTDOOR SPACE

There is so much outdoor space to enjoy with this property! The Harbours has its own private beach and pool, right next to North Beach and North Beach Concessions. The condo has 2 outdoor spaces off of the main level. One patio off of the kitchen, which includes a propane grill and outdoor dining table, and a patio with chairs off of the living room. In addition, the master bedroom upstairs has its own private outdoor deck. 



Parking: There are two reserved parking spots in the parking lot that are close to the unit



THE LOCATION

Ahhh, the beach. The Harbours has a large private beach and pool next to North Beach and North Beach Concessions. It is close to the wooded Stanley Johnston Park, which has a playground and basketball court, and to the beautiful Black River, where you can watch the boats go in & out of the harbor. Just a few steps away is Bundee Coffee Shop for your morning coffee run, and within walking distance are all of the shopping and eateries in Downtown South Haven.
