As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space that will instantly put you in vacation mode. Greenwood Beach House has one bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and across the hall is the full bathroom. In the living room, the couch pulls out into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Upstairs is an open loft featuring two twin over full bunks. The loft is stocked with toys, Legos, and an Xbox.  Outside you will find a great covered patio with comfy furniture, a gas grill for making delicious dinner, and a large in-ground firepit to gather around at the end of the day. This is not a pet-friendly property.  This property has a portable AC unit.

Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail which will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream.  Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. For dinner, spend an evening at Golden Sands, a small, family-owned restaurant and golf course that will leave a lasting impression.
