This newly built vacation rental located in the heart of South Haven just one block from beach access & Kids' Corner Park!

INSIDE THE HOME:

Custom built with high-end finishes and an impressive array of details. A short walk to downtown South Haven – a classic beach town community – with fabulous shops and boutiques as well as bars and great restaurants. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout and a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, large island, stainless steel appliances, and custom ceiling detail. With 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for your guests! The lower level is a great place for some ping-pong and to watch movies.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids. It was so close to the beach (about a block and half) and walkable to town as well (15 min walk). The house also had good amenities. We loved the fire pit in the backyard and there were a bunch of outdoor toys for the kids as well.

The property is a wonderful place for our families annual vacation in SOHA. We have vacationed in South Haven for 16 years and have built great memories. Jaqua has always been extremely accommodating . This home is well stocked and very family friendly. Jaqua team members are amazing. Any time we have reached out to them no matter the need they have given us A+ service.

Great house!! So close to the beach and the kids park. Lots of toys and great backyard for grilling and camp fire. We will for sure be staying here again!!

We had a great stay at Beach Breeze! We rented the house for a weekend with a family wedding in town, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Great walking distance from town and to the beach, plus the house was perfect for a large group and accommodated everyone very well! Would definitely recommend staying here and hope we can rent again in the future!

We as a family, take a trip every year, and we have been coming to South Haven for several years. We rented a house on the same block last year, but wanted to try something a little bigger for us. My husband and I found your home on VRBO and were instantly in love with the house. Perfect for our family. (Unfortunately my husband passed away unexpectedly 3 months ago.) We enjoyed the bedrooms, bathrooms and especially the basement for the younger children. The washer and dryer were a bonus! We had several fires in the back yard and sat on the front porch for hours. The beach is within easy walking distance and the park play area too. Even though we were sad....we had decided to honor Grandpa by having the best time we have ever had! Thank you for allowing us to create the best family memories in your beautiful home!

Just a quick walk to the lakefront, this full amenity new build property suited us perfectly for our quick holiday getaway. 6 adults and 5 kids (6-12 years) never felt cramped. 3 bedrooms with en-suite full baths for adults and a bunk room for the kids with a hall bath provided perfect sleeping arrangements. Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies and a well-equipped kitchen made for an easy stay. Ping pong table, a big dining table to seat 12 for meals and games, plus the firepit set up in the backyard made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Beach Breeze was an amazing property! It was clean, and by far exceeded our expectations. Everything by the owners was well thought out from the kitchen items, to extra towels, to outdoor items, we utilized everything! We would love to return to this new property, as it is walking distance to the lake which was a plus for older adults and small children.
