OUTDOOR SPACE

The heated pool is a great place to relax. There are also endless patios, seating areas and chillax stations for everyone to have their own space!



Additional notes on the pool:

8am-10pm We are ok with you using the pool outside of these hours with the understanding that voices be kept low and NO music by the pool after quiet hours. We want you to enjoy your stay but we do need to be respectful to neighbors.



There is no additional charge to have the pool heated. The pool is heated. The heater runs on the same schedule as the pool pump- 10am-5pm daily. The heat will hold in the pool for a few hours after that. The temp generally will maintain around 85 degrees. We cannot control it remotely nor do we allow guests to adjust the temperature. In extreme cold, the heater will not be able to bring temps to the desired levels. We cannot run pool equipment 24/7

THE LOCATION



This home sits 1 house away from beautiful Lake Michigan! Views of the lake from the primary bedroom and its balcony. Just a few short blocks away you will find Kids Corner park and the famous blue stairs that lead you down to South Beach. South Beach is a picture perfect place to enjoy a day of swimming or laying out, but its also a great spot to grab some snacks, have the kids play at the splash pad, or even walk to the end of the pier and watch the sunset from the light house!!
