Our home away from home in the heart of Saugatuck! Enjoy hassle free parking as you are within walking distance to most shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. We sought to equip our home to anticipate your needs during your stay. This Condo makes for a perfect family or friends getaway!

INSIDE THE HOME

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom condo. Ground-level features a queen bed and twin bed, with a full bath down the hall, and access to the garage. On the second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached, two bunk beds (full below a twin) and the other bedroom with a king bed.

THE LOCATION
Are you a larger group looking to stay downtown Saugatuck? Look no further. We manage two townhomes within this downtown complex. Water Street Retreat is intended to be rented seperately but is located across the parking lot from another condo we manage. Butler Street Retreat is the other townhome located in this complex, located on Butler St., and is almost directly across the parking lot from Anderson Townhome.
