Downtown Saugatuck is a 12-minute ride. Take a stroll through the tree-lined path to the banks of Plummerville Creek. Enjoy a 3 season and screened in porch, deck and fire pit. This home is a great place for families to enjoy with a kitchen upstairs and downstairs and finished walkout basement.



INSIDE THE HOME

Enjoy all of the space that this home has to offer, two kitchens, two dining areas, three living rooms, and two outdoor spaces. On the main level you can find two bedrooms, one containing a queen size bed and the other has two bunk beds. This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas and two full size bathrooms. Downstairs you can find the second kitchen, a living room, and the third full bathroom. There are three bedrooms downstairs as well, two have king size beds and the other has a queen.
