The house is older and has plenty of personality—and by personality, we mean it has a few quirks that come with a home that has been around for a while. Think of it as part of the experience! It's not a luxury resort, and it doesn't pretend to be. It's a simple, comfortable lake house where you can kick back, bring the family, launch the boat, and enjoy the area without paying luxury-home prices.

We're not selling you a five-star resort. We're offering you a laid-back lake house in a fantastic location where you can spend your days on the water and your evenings relaxing with family and friends.
If you're the type of traveler who appreciates location, affordability, comfort, and character over perfection, you'll probably fit right in.
If you expect brand-new construction, central air in every room, and floors that have never experienced a crooked piece of furniture… we may not be your people.
